INTERCOUNTRY LECTURING PROGRAM
Nearly 250 American lecturers and researchers representing a variety of academic fields participate in the Fulbright Scholar Program in Europe every year.
French higher education institutions may apply for an inter-country travel grant from the Fulbright Commission in France to finance the short visit (2 working days) of an American scholar currently in Europe and outside of France, to their institution.
European higher education institutions may apply for an inter-country travel grant from their country Commission to invite an American Fulbright scholar currently located in France. Twenty four binational European Fulbright Commission are participating in the program. Consult the list of American Fulbright scholars in Europe and France here.
