U.S. Fulbright Research Scholar Ross Louis has launched a participatory performance piece at his grant site in Brest, Brittany entitled "Erratum."
Members of the public are invited to follow a trail of bookmarks placed in library books located in Brest. Dr. Louis explains: "The performance is the first in a series that creates a dialogue between archival documents and direct or indirect traces of the trans-Atlantic slave trade found at historic sites in France."
