Congratulations to our Fulbright France 2020/21 alumnus Ange Nzihou (IMT Mines Albi - RAPSODEE CNRS / Princeton University) who has been awarded the prestigious "ERC Advanced Grant" for his innovative research aimed at decarbonizing heavy industry!
This specialist in the valorization of biomass and waste, currently a fellow professor at the Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment at Princeton University (USA), was selected from a host of competitive candidates by the European Research Council for his STOREHEAT project "Innovative and sustainable carbon-based materials for the storage of sensitive thermal energy at high temperatures".
The ERC Advanced Grant is a significant recognition of Professor Ange Nzihou's academic excellence and scientific innovation. This grant will enable the research project to reach new heights, paving the way for major advances in the decarbonization of heavy industry.
