The film Danielle Garrison made while she was a Fulbright grantee in France, Tethered, was selected to be screened at the Sans Souci Film Festival for its 15th Anniversary. It is one of the most prestigious international dance for camera film festivals. Tethered was a part of Installation Exhibit at ATLAS Black Box Theater on September 15, 2018.

The film was created in conjunction with Franck Gonnaud and David Allen (as part of the art collective the Insolite), Toulouse-based artists specializing in photographic media. The final image was provided by London-based James Tarry Photography. It is part of his Mind State Series, representing experiences in anxiety, depression, and stress.
