2026 Back-to-School Reception: Fulbright France Alumni Gather at the Franco-American Commission
On September 14, 2026, the Franco-American Commission was delighted to welcome its Alumni to its Paris offices for its annual back-to-school reception.
The gathering brought together Alumni from different generations, from the most recent cohorts to those who participated in the program several decades ago. Over drinks, guests had the opportunity to reconnect, meet new members of the community, and exchange about their experiences in the United States and their journeys since their mobility.
Martine Roussel, Executive Director of the Franco-American Commission, welcomed the participants and opened the evening by highlighting the importance of the Alumni community and the connections that continue to grow long after the Fulbright experience.
These gatherings provide an opportunity to strengthen the Fulbright France network and foster exchanges among Alumni from a wide range of backgrounds, disciplines, and generations.
