The Franco-American Fulbright Commission in France extends its warmest congratulations to Professor Ange Nzihou, recently appointed Officer of the French National Order of Merit, in recognition of his outstanding academic career and his scientific commitment to addressing major global challenges.
Professor Ange Nzihou is a Fulbright France Alumnus (2020-2021) and a recipient of the Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program. A professor at IMT Mines Albi, he specializes in chemical engineering, with a strong focus on innovative processes aimed at decarbonizing heavy industry.
As part of his Fulbright grant, Professor Nzihou was hosted by Princeton University, where he conducted cutting-edge research on a project entitled : “Innovative controlled-property materials with high graphene content derived from bioresources.”
More recently, Professor Nzihou was awarded the prestigious ERC Advanced Grant by the European Research Council, one of the highest recognitions in European research. He is currently continuing his work at Princeton University, further strengthening transatlantic scientific cooperation.
